SSM went on quite smoothly. Woke up early in the morning at about 5.30a.m. to prepare myself le. So super tired now… Everyone was early for school for the lesson today. (No one dare to be late la, being late is like seeking for an early death. LOL)

Passed my grooming today, except that my apron is quite crease, but the teacher did not really penalise. Then went on to group discussion for the various job roles. Did not really pay attention, but one phrase that Mr Goh say really captures my attetion “trust no one”. In fact I quite agree to what he say.

Afternoon learn to carry plates and set the tables. Damn la, the plate fucking heavy. each plate is 1.1kg and we must carry two. then the whole session last like 2 hours. Fuck! now my left arm is aching and my fingers are so sore and tired that it even get cramps. But learn quite a lot things. And we also learn the appropriate way of opening and pouring wine. So le chai la. got so many steps…

Sian kanna the group that is the first to be assigned to top table. Sian, SIAN and MORE SIAN
